VP of Sales II
About the Role
The Vice President of Sales is an individual contributor responsible for revenue generation through new business development and expansion of existing client services within large hospitals and health systems nationwide. This role involves outbound calls, email campaigns, industry association participation, and on-site visits to prospective and current clients. The position focuses on selling the full suite of Omega Healthcare products and services across revenue cycle and clinical management, while building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Plan, network, source, and execute cold calling, client visits, and follow-up activities targeting acute care facilities, large physician practices, and medical insurance entities.
- Increase revenue from current clients by expanding services, securing additional job orders, extending assignments, and identifying future needs.
- Network through existing contacts, associations, trade shows, social media, and other industry sources.
- Analyze client needs and provide solutions using Omega Healthcare’s services, staying responsive to evolving business environments.
- Secure job orders for revenue cycle management products, including staffing and project consulting.
- Utilize sales management software to monitor activities and meet sales goals.
- Build executive-level relationships with revenue cycle clients through exceptional service, mutual respect, and trust.
- Participate in sales plans, business plans, and product development, understanding regional and account-specific needs.
- Develop and deliver value-driven sales presentations, individually or with subject-matter experts.
- Comply with company policies, including HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or advanced formal training in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management.
- Proven track record of selling new logos with annual revenue up to $1M.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience within the healthcare industry.

Work Environment
This is a remote, home office-based role that routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. The position occasionally requires standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional long hours and weekend work may be required.
Travel
Up to 30% travel is required for this role.
