Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement the operational strategy aligned with the Company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the company's long-term vision.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost optimization, and efficiency enhancements.
- Operational Management
- Provide leadership and direction to all operational departments, such as manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, facilities, and quality assurance.
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, optimizing resource allocation and utilization.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance using data and metrics, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to department heads and managers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the operations function.
- Recruit and retain top talent, identifying skill gaps and implementing training and development programs.
- Establish succession plans to ensure a strong talent pipeline for key operational roles.
- Compliance Monitoring
- Identify operational risks and develop strategies with senior operations to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to provide a safe working environment.
- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Financial Management
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Work with practice managers and revenue cycle team to optimize and maximize revenue generation.
Qualifications
- PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- - Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred)
- - Extensive experience (5+ years) in multi-site dental practice management or operations, preferably within a DSO or mid-sized group.
- - Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and insurance processes.
- - Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
- - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- - Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial and operational data.
- - Familiarity with dental industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay
Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 USD
*All benefits available at full-time employment (30+ hours weekly). Some benefits available for part-time employees as well.
Schedule
This position will require travel amongst designated offices in respective state/territory with occasional travel to our NY headquarters for specified Operations meetings.
