About the role
We are seeking a proactive, female-first leader to join our team at Love Wellness. Our mission is to create a more open and active self-care culture, and we are based in New York and Toronto with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Drive community engagement and support within the female-first wellness space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Support the growth and development of our brand through social media and online platforms
- Represent Love Wellness at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- Diverse background and experience in female-focused wellness and community building
- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for promoting self-care and wellness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of success in driving community engagement and brand growth
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
