- Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to inform executive tradeoffs across growth, profitability, and capital efficiency.
- Partner with the CEO and COO as a trusted strategic advisor on business model evolution, pricing strategy, monetization, margin expansion, and global expansion initiatives.
- Translate strategy into practical operating rhythms, ensuring teams have clear financial targets, accountability, and decision frameworks.
- Lead company-wide FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, Operations, and G&A leaders to evaluate ROI, optimize spend, and drive disciplined investment decisions.
- Continuously improve forecasting accuracy, planning processes, and management reporting to help leaders make faster, better-informed decisions.
- Provide leadership and oversight across FinOps functions including Accounting, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and AR/AP — partnering with functional leads to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Support strong internal controls and audit readiness across jurisdictions, with an eye toward continuous improvement and scalability.
- Champion process automation and systems improvements that increase reporting accuracy, reduce manual workflows, and free the team to focus on higher-value work.
- Improve the speed, quality, and scalability of core finance operations, balancing strong controls with pragmatic execution.
- Own liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and capital management, ensuring the business maintains financial flexibility while supporting growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic investments, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities aligned with Linktree’s long-term growth strategy.
- Represent Linktree in negotiations and strategic discussions with founders, investors, and external partners.

- Continuously improve financial systems, tooling, and data infrastructure.
- Leverage automation and AI-first processes to enhance reporting speed, forecasting accuracy, and decision support capabilities.
- Build a high-performing global finance team of 10+ by developing emerging leaders, creating clear ownership, and fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, balancing strategic leadership with a willingness to roll up your sleeves alongside the team when needed.
- Recruit and develop top-tier finance talent capable of supporting a rapidly evolving global organization.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally including early-career exposure to investment banking, venture capital, or private equity, followed by senior leadership roles in strategic finance or FP&A within high-growth SaaS, consumer internet, or technology companies.
- Deep fluency in subscription business models or creator economy dynamics, including core B2C SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, CAC/LTV, contribution margin, cohort analysis, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team, with a track record of building strong cross-functional partnerships across a fast-moving organization, while maintaining a highly collaborative, low-ego leadership style.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with both executive maturity and hands-on execution, balancing strategic influence with a willingness to personally solve complex problems.
