About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to drive revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide regular feedback to clients and gather insights for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a customer-facing role
- Experience in developing and implementing successful client success programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or sales role
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience with AI tools and their integration into business processes
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
