VP of Client Success & Growth
The VP of Client Success & Growth at Ruvixx is a full-time contractor position starting with a 3-month trial period. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role requires 10+ years of experience in marketing/account management, strong business development skills, and enterprise stakeholder management. Fluency in English (C2 level) is essential.
About the role
As a key member of the Ruvixx team, you will lead the strategic direction of major global accounts, focusing on both new enterprise opportunities and expanding within existing high-level accounts. You will spend 75% of your time seeking new opportunities and 25% on strategic account leadership.
Responsibilities
- Spend 75% of your time actively seeking new enterprise opportunities and mapping out expansion pathways within existing high-level accounts.
- Dedicate 25% to strategic account leadership, serving as the primary point of contact for massive, multi-divisional accounts.
- Lead a deeply integrated team of execution specialists by providing strategic direction and actionable feedback.
- Own the ultimate success of every campaign and approach every decision as if Ruvixx were your own business.
- Question assumptions and take a proactive approach to solving complex client pain points.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in marketing, account management, and strategic growth.
- Demonstrated ability to command the room with enterprise stakeholders and drive business development.
- Deep understanding of marketing philosophies, systems, and modern data frameworks.
- Experience in mapping out account expansions and identifying untapped client needs.
- Experience turning strategic vision into world-class execution by guiding internal teams.
