Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the brand strategy, including positioning and creative systems
- Drive upper-funnel brand growth through effective storytelling and innovative marketing
- Transform the company into a social-first content creator to boost audience engagement
- Lead Integrated Marketing and Social teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand execution
- Measure and drive social audience growth and engagement to accelerate brand momentum
- Plan and synchronize marketing calendars, aligning campaigns and content across all departments
Qualifications
- 15+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in CPG or similar fields
- Proven expertise in organic brand building via social media and influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of consumer-facing brands and scaling techniques
- Experience in creating and maintaining brand voice and creative systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in social media and integrated marketing
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, culturally dynamic environment
- Genuine passion for youth sports and community engagement
