Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of branches to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Manage staff performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall branch operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in branch management or similar roles.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
