Responsibilities

• Manage and lead branch employees
• Develop branch goals and financial targets
• Perform branch sales and outside sales
• Respond to and initiate customer correspondence and communications
• Develop expense budgets and monitor expenditures
• Instruct and supervise staff
• Assist in staff professional development
• Originate consumer loans
• Develop a customer base
• Ensure proper execution and maintenance of financial controls
• Ensure compliance with retail and branch operations
• Undertake special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years related experience
• Management experience preferred
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
• To register and maintain NMLS Unique Identifying Number
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
• Regular standing and walking
• Utilizing hands & arms
• Ability to talk & hear

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
