VP, Marketing Science & Analytics

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a VP of Marketing Science & Analytics to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10+, promoting innovation and collaboration
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and ensure enterprise alignment
• Optimize audience strategy for programmatic media channels and marketing campaigns
• Develop customer segmentation and marketing automation strategies
• Lead marketing attribution efforts and refine strategies for measuring marketing effectiveness
• Oversee ad operations and ensure legal compliance in marketing activities
• Implement continuous improvements in marketing science processes and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 20+ years of experience in marketing science, audience profiling, and performance media
• Strong knowledge of statistics for marketing data interpretation
• Experience with AI tools and pipeline management for data integrity
• Proficiency in data visualizations to communicate insights effectively
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team

$238,000 – $381,000 annually
