VP, Managing Director- 401K Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and C-suite members
• Collaborate with internal service teams to resolve client issues
• Monitor client satisfaction trends and formulate response plans
• Conduct external business planning and service reviews to align with client goals
• Manage a diverse product mix including Defined Contribution and Health Savings Accounts

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 63 required within first 3 months
• 8+ years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience, preferably in 401(k) industry
• Experience with Health and Welfare and Defined Benefits is a plus
• Strong understanding of client needs and industry trends required
• Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers
