We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "WHO WE ARE" and "POSITION SUMMARY", "ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES", "Leadership Responsibilities", "QUALIFICATIONS", "PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT". Also maybe "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" not present, so we omit those sections. We must use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). But we can adapt headings to match content: "About the Company" maybe? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we should use those exact headings if applicable, but we can also use other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect us to use those headings when we have content. For "WHO WE ARE" maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; we have "WHO WE ARE" describing company. Could map to "About the role"? Might be better to use "About the Company" but instruction says use those examples; but not strict? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those headings if we have corresponding content. For company description maybe "About the role" is not accurate. Could we omit? We need to include all substantive info. Could create a section "About the Company" but that deviates from examples. Might be okay as long as we use

. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, just gives examples. So we can use headings like "About GreenWay Bank", "Position Summary", "Responsibilities", "Leadership Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Physical Requirements & Work Environment". That seems fine. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we need to convert lists to

    • . The posting includes many bullet-like sentences but not explicit bullet markers. We need to identify lists. For responsibilities, they have paragraphs with multiple sentences; we could treat each sentence as a list item? Might be overkill. Better to keep prose in

unless there is a clear list. The instruction: "Use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". If the content is not explicitly a list (no bullet points or numbering), we can keep as prose. However there are sections like "Leadership Responsibilities" that list many items each starting with a verb. Could treat as list. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can embed them as
        • items. Similarly "QUALIFICATIONS" includes Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, Leadership Competencies. Those could be lists. We'll need to parse the text and produce HTML. Let's extract sections: 1. WHO WE ARE: description about GreenWay Bank. 2. POSITION SUMMARY: description of VP, IT Manager role. 3. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: includes sub-sections: Information Technology Leadership & Operations, Information Security, Risk & Compliance, Vendor Management, Governance & Reporting, plus a paragraph "Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned". Also there is a "Leadership Responsibilities" section after that (maybe separate). Actually after ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES there is a block "Leadership Responsibilities In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, all GreenWay Bank supervisors are expected to:" then a list of items. Thus we have two responsibility sections: core responsibilities and leadership responsibilities. 4. QUALIFICATIONS: includes Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, Leadership Competencies. 5. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT: description. We need to omit boilerplate like EEO etc. At end there is "GreenWay Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer." That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove "This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list..." maybe considered boilerplate? It's generic but still part of description; might be considered boilerplate but it's about the job description. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The line about not exhaustive list could be considered legal boilerplate; safer to remove. Also "Reasonable accommodation(s) may be made..." is also legal; remove. Thus we keep substantive content. Now produce HTML. We'll wrap each section in

heading then content. For lists, we'll use
          • . Let's draft. Section: About GreenWay Bank (maybe heading "About the Company"). Content: paragraphs from WHO WE ARE. We'll keep as

. Section: Position Summary. Content: from POSITION SUMMARY. Section: Responsibilities (maybe combine essential responsibilities and leadership responsibilities). Could split: "Information Technology Leadership & Operations", "Information Security, Risk & Compliance", "Vendor Management, Governance & Reporting", "Leadership Responsibilities". But we can just have one Responsibilities section with subheadings? The instruction only says use

for section headings; we could use

for each major section and then
            • for lists inside. Simplify: Use

for each of: About GreenWay Bank, Position Summary, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Physical Requirements & Work Environment. Inside Responsibilities, we can have
              • for each duty item. We need to extract duty items from the text.
