VP, Information Technology

Seeking an experienced technology executive to lead enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and service delivery. This leader will partner closely with executive leadership to modernize technology capabilities, drive digital transformation, and ensure IT enables business growth. The role also champions responsible adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven technologies while maintaining strong governance, privacy, and security standards.

About the role

• Develop and execute the enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.
• Lead enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, IT operations, and service delivery.
• Drive modernization initiatives leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve business performance.
• Establish IT governance, architecture standards, cybersecurity, privacy, and risk management practices.
• Partner with executive, business, data, and digital leaders to prioritize technology investments and deliver enterprise initiatives.
• Oversee third-party technology vendors, managed services, and strategic technology partnerships.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT leadership team while fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
• Ensure reliable, scalable, and secure technology operations that deliver an exceptional end-user experience.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise infrastructure, business systems, cloud, cybersecurity, and data platforms.
• Previous experience in a Vice President, CIO, or equivalent executive IT leadership role.
• Proven success developing enterprise technology strategy and leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience implementing AI, analytics, and automation solutions within secure, governed enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate technology strategy into business outcomes.
• Experience leading large technology organizations, developing leaders, and managing enterprise vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and organizational leadership skills.

Schedule

Hybrid in Bloomington, MN (3 days a week onsite)

Pay

$250,000-$270,000 Base Salary + Bonus (DOE)
