About the role

The Global Services Leader is responsible for leading global payroll, immigration, relocation, and international assignment programs that support a diverse global workforce. This role drives strategy, governance, compliance, and operational excellence while delivering seamless employee experience across multiple countries. Working closely with Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Tax, Talent Acquisition, and external partners, the leader creates scalable and efficient programs that support business growth and workforce mobility. Success requires balancing global consistency with local compliance, while continuously improving processes, technology, and service delivery. The Global Services team operates within Human Resources Shared Services and delivers centralized, scalable solutions that support payroll processing, immigration services, relocations, and international assignments.
