Global VP, Professional Services and Solution

For our client, we are seeking a Global VP, Professional Services and Solution to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will shape the global professional services function with a strong emphasis on scalable delivery, customer resilience, and executive-level client engagement. The role will partner closely with product, sales, and operational stakeholders to translate solution capabilities into services that meet complex business needs. It will also guide expansion into new regulated markets while ensuring quality, margin performance, and consistency across regions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually Responsibilities Lead growth initiatives across professional services to accelerate customer resilience. Design and document global SOPs and delivery frameworks to support scalable service delivery. Create off-the-shelf service packages that align product features with business needs. Serve as the executive interface for enterprise clients, focusing on service negotiations and global recovery strategies. Manage the Professional Services P&L to optimize margins and maintain service quality. Build technical service infrastructure to support entry into new complex and regulated markets. Qualifications 15+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services or Consulting, especially in Cyber Security, Cloud Infrastructure, or Data Resilience. Deep knowledge of enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and managed detection and response service models. Experience managing distributed teams across North America, EMEA, and APJ. Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required; MBA or relevant security certifications preferred. Benefits Competitive salary.
