VP, Global Practices - Professional Services

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Global Practices - Professional Services to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This executive will shape the technical direction for a global professional services organization and ensure delivery practices scale effectively across a broad portfolio of enterprise implementations. The role will partner closely with delivery leaders, architects, and strategic client teams to raise technical standards, improve execution, and support complex cloud-based deployments. It also carries responsibility for evolving methodologies, strengthening technical rigor, and integrating AI-driven approaches into delivery operations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $232,000 – $377,000 annually Responsibilities Own the global technical methodology for enterprise software implementations across the product portfolio Set the long-term vision for evolving delivery practices to support new offerings and AI integration Build and maintain a senior team of architects and technical experts across practice areas Serve as the technical authority on strategic deals and resolve escalations in program delivery Partner with delivery teams to ensure systems integrators meet technical standards Qualifications 15+ years of experience in technology services, software implementation, or enterprise consulting with practice leadership experience Demonstrated success leading a global, multi-practice technical organization Deep experience implementing complex enterprise software, ideally in regulated industries Experience driving technical methodology and engineering rigor in cloud-based deliveries Knowledge of integrating AI and automation into delivery methodologies Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees Paid time off to support work-life balance Company-sponsored retirement plan Eligibility for annual bonus plans based on performance Opportunities for career development and training Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
