Responsibilities

• Partner with finance leadership to identify and resolve operational challenges
• Ensure financial activities comply with accounting standards and pass audits
• Collaborate to implement automation opportunities while maintaining financial integrity
• Work with procurement leadership to enhance user experience and cost optimization
• Lead initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and shorten financial close cycle
• Negotiate with vendors for improved commercial terms and service quality
• Develop a long-term strategy to modernize Finance and Procurement with advanced technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles
• Demonstrated expertise in technology lifecycle management and performance reporting
• Prominent ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and presentation skills with strong executive presence
