VP - Finance Technology, Strategy, & Innovation

About the Role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year Finance Systems roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture
• Own responses to critical platform milestones such as OneStream and Workday go-lives
• Lead investment prioritization across the Global Finance application portfolio
• Serve as a thought partner on how AI reshapes the Finance operating model
• Identify and deliver AI use cases in Finance, including forecasting and variance analysis
• Present finance technology strategies and investment cases to executive stakeholders
• Oversee program delivery for all Finance technology initiatives ensuring governance and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, or Business; Master's or MBA preferred
• 15+ years of technology leadership experience with 5+ in senior Finance technology or ERP roles
• Experience managing Finance technology platforms across global enterprises, including ERP and EPM
• Proven track record of delivering complex Finance technology transformation programs
• Strong ability to influence CFO-level and C-suite stakeholders
• Experience in driving AI adoption in Finance functions
• Solid understanding of financial processes and SOX compliance

Pay

$212,500 – $250,000 annually
