VP - Finance Technology, Strategy, & Innovation

This role will drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on initiatives that matter most to the business within the Real Estate & Construction space. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year Finance Systems roadmap
• Own the strategic response to key platform milestones
• Prioritize investment across a ~50+ application Global Finance portfolio
• Partner with data governance functions for aligned technology decisions
• Lead rationalization and consolidation of Finance systems
• Identify and deliver AI use cases within Finance processes
• Serve as primary technology relationship owner for Finance leadership
• Oversee program delivery across all Finance technology initiatives
• Manage Finance technology vendor relationships and drive performance
• Own the Finance Systems technology budget and ensure financial governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in senior Finance technology roles
• Experience managing Finance technology platforms (ERP, EPM, and adjacent applications)
• Proven track record in delivering complex Finance technology transformations
• Ability to influence CFO and senior leaders with credibility and commercial insight
• Familiarity with AI adoption and governance in Finance
• Strong understanding of Finance processes including financial close and reporting
• Experience managing financial controls and SOX compliance within technology

Pay

$212,500 – $250,000 annually
