VP, Enterprise Sales & Partnership Development
About the role
Bookit is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships to lead new enterprise client acquisition across travel, loyalty, and financial services ecosystems.
This role focuses on identifying and closing partnerships with organizations looking to offer white-label travel and experiences marketplaces to their customers. These partnerships help brands create differentiated loyalty, rewards, and engagement programs powered by the Bookit platform.
What You'll Do
- Identify, develop, and close enterprise partnerships with financial institutions, travel brands, hospitality groups, and loyalty program operators
- Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and solution design through contract negotiation and deal execution
- Structure commercial partnerships that integrate Bookit's white-label travel and experiences marketplace into partner ecosystems
- Build executive relationships with stakeholders across loyalty, partnerships, product, and marketing teams
- Develop new revenue opportunities through enterprise partnerships across travel, loyalty, and consumer engagement platforms
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and account teams to support partner launches and program implementation
- Expand Bookit's marketplace presence within the travel and rewards ecosystem
- Represent Bookit at industry conferences, partner meetings, and ecosystem events
- Build relationships across travel, loyalty, and fintech communities to support long-term growth

Requirements
- 8-12 years of enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnership experience
- Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals with large organizations
- Experience working within travel technology, loyalty platforms, fintech, marketing technology, or digital commerce ecosystems
- Strong network within industries such as financial services, airlines, hospitality, or loyalty programs
- Able to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and executive-level negotiations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Preferred / Bonus Experience
- Working with travel booking platforms, OTA ecosystems, or rewards marketplaces
- Background selling or partnering with white-label or API-driven platforms
- Experience with loyalty programs, embedded commerce, or experiential rewards platforms
- Exposure to digital payments or crypto-enabled commerce platforms
