Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise IT experience with 10+ years leading teams, with multiple levels of management.
  • Business Perspective: Deep understanding of internal/external business contexts and the ability to map technical work to business outcomes.
  • Leading the Organization: Proven ability to break down silos, inspire execution, and get teams unstuck through ambiguity.
  • Organizational Savvy: Ability to navigate cultural norms, influence stakeholders, and manage sensitive situations with diplomacy.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to anticipate trends, manage risks, and communicate how technical priorities align with long-term company goals.
  • Change Management: Willingness to "break glass" and disrupt the system to build something better, rallying the organization around the new vision.

  • Parental leave and planning
  • Mental health benefits
  • 401(k) plan and match
  • Flexible time-off
  • 11 paid holidays
  • Volunteer time-off
  • Other competitive benefits designed to improve the lives of our employees

Pay

Estimated Base Pay Range: $287,000—$325,000 USD. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
