VP Commercial Relationship Manager

Responsibilities
- Making and servicing a variety of loans for commercial customers including secured and unsecured, capital, equipment, real estate, interim construction, personal, small business administration, and working capital loans.
- Evaluating each loan for profitability and proper structuring to protect the Bank's interests and making decisions that merit serious consideration.
- Performing business development activities within the commercial business market area and heavy customer contacts.
- Promoting the services and profitability of the Bank.
- Developing new business to ensure a constant increase in loans and income to the Bank.
- Achieving and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and human relations skills.
- Participating in Customer Service First sales and service culture, supporting the values of the organization, and following established company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in banking, finance or business-related field is preferred.
- Formal Credit Training and/or underwriting knowledge experience.
- Minimum 5-10 years of commercial bank lending experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Ability to expand loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products.
- Familiarity with the sales, loan processing, and closing processes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and a proven track record of portfolio management.
