About The Role
We're looking for someone who is equal parts account leader, project driver, dot-connector, and trusted partner to senior leaders. This person will be the connective tissue across clients, internal teams, and subject matter experts, ensuring the right people are aligned, work moves forward, and clients receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day lead and client contact across priority accounts and workstreams.
- Lead the daily rhythm of client engagements, translating strategy into action, and ensuring deliverables, timelines, and opportunities are managed with consistency and care.
- Listen closely to client needs and preferences while ensuring teams are prepared and follow-through is clear.
- Track risks and roadblocks, solve what you can, and escalate when senior input is needed.
- Spot and flag organic growth opportunities, including new workstreams, scope expansion, executive visibility opportunities, or moments to bring additional capabilities to the client.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in account leadership or client service in healthcare, life sciences, corporate affairs, public relations, or integrated communications.
- Strong client-facing presence and the ability to build trust with clients, senior leaders, teams, vendors, subject matter experts, and partner agencies.
- Ability to connect the dots across conversations, workstreams, stakeholders, client needs, and business opportunities.
- Strong writing and content development and presentation skills.
- Confidence holding people accountable while maintaining positive, productive relationships.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Pay
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $150K to $200K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
