About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Media environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the relationship with all channel partners as the main point of contact
- Define and align priorities across various teams to ensure cohesive messaging to partners
- Maintain and analyze performance scorecards and drive responses to partnership health issues
- Facilitate collaboration between product and marketing teams to deliver on partnership commitments
- Oversee the onboarding process and operational setup for new partners
- Make informed decisions to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth platform-related operations
- Lead and develop the Channel & Platform Partner Operations team, setting operational standards
Qualifications
- VP-level experience in partner operations or channel management in DTC or streaming sectors
- Proven end-to-end management of complex partnerships beyond just commercial aspects
- Ability to set and enforce operational models across multiple teams in a matrixed environment
- Deep knowledge of streaming operations including partner launches and user experience
- Strong executive presence for high-level partner engagement and internal representation
- Good judgment in managing priority and access across functions
- Willingness for onsite presence and necessary travel
Pay
$247,000 – $320,000 annually
