Experience Required
- 7+ years of experience in business development
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within the study abroad or education consulting industry
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of the study abroad market, including admission processes, visa requirements, and university partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking with a focus on expanding market presence and increasing revenue
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business development tools
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business objectives
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and business expansion
- Strong network with universities, colleges, and other education stakeholders
- Extensive experience in managing client relationships and building business pipelines
