VP Banker - Global Infrastructure Coverage

Senior-level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. The role also serves as an intermediary in trading for clients, acting as a strategic advisor by formulating investment strategies and raising capital.

Responsibilities

• Assume significant responsibility for project and transaction execution, new business development, and overall firm growth.
• Work closely with clients on financing transactions, guiding them through the capital-raising process, including leading due diligence, drafting sessions, and preparing for equity or debt offerings.
• Collaborate with clients, senior team members, and outside advisors on M&A and special situation transactions.
• Draft situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, investor and management presentations, and oversee work performed by analysts and associates.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within Banking.
• Degree in Finance or a closely related area of Business Administration; MBA or Master’s Degree in Business preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate banking, related products, regulations, and lending/credit approval processes.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance, and securities products.
• Series 63 and 79 required; Series 7 preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Pay

Full-time salary range: $250,000.00 – $275,000.00. In addition to salary, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
