About the role

UF Health St. Johns, an extension of UF Health Flagler Hospital with a 130-year legacy, is a 335-bed hospital recognized among America’s 50 Best hospitals. The Associate Vice President of Operations St Johns provides strategic oversight, operational performance, and regulatory compliance for multiple hospital support and clinical service departments, including Laboratory, Rehabilitation Services, Pharmacy, Imaging, Facilities, Supply Chain, and Security. This role also offers executive leadership for project management related to planning, activation, and opening of new hospital facilities, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered services aligned with the hospital’s mission and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Education

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• More than five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in hospital operations or healthcare management
