VP and General Manager, Residential and Industrial

About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a Energy & Utilities environment.

Location: Morton Grove, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $275,000 – $325,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic plan for the business unit
• Identify new growth opportunities in markets, products, and partnerships
• Translate corporate strategy into operational and financial plans
• Own full P&L responsibility for revenue growth and cost management
• Monitor and meet annual operating plan targets
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer delivery
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in efficiency and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in product management, business strategy, or related fields
• Proven ability to lead cross-functionally with strong collaboration skills
• Demonstrated success managing P&L responsibility and business growth
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments
• Strong strategic thinking and operational execution
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence
