We are building a standing bench of General Manager talent to quickly fill P&L positions as they arise across our operating footprint. This bench is for individuals who are ready to take on full responsibility for a branch's operations.

What You'll Do (Once Placed)
- Own full P&L and operational performance for your branch
- Lead department managers and team members
- Set local market strategy
- Recruit, develop, and retain top field and office talent
- Read and act on a branch scorecard
What We're Looking For
- Team leaders with 3-5+ years of experience leading a team in residential HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or another home-services trade
- Current GMs with experience running a General Manager seat at a brand under $20M in revenue
- Comfortable with CRM/ERP and dispatch platforms
- Sound financial judgment
