About the role
As VP, Client Management, you will lead global operational governance for a key strategic enterprise client, focusing on enhancing client experience through transparent, regionally executed governance overseeing the dedicated account team. You will provide advisory expertise, program management for critical client initiatives, and establish consistent operational processes across the enterprise to ensure quality service.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic operational direction to deliver on client commitments, including oversight of SLAs
- Represent Fiserv and build alliances with the largest and most complex clients globally
- Act as a change agent and translate that into improved service engagement to continually drive client loyalty and growth
- Build and expand internal relationships and ensure alignment and coordination around how Fiserv manages client relationships
- Build talent by hiring, coaching, and mentoring a team of experienced senior account managers
- Create a culture of excellence focused on high performance and service engagement that helps position Fiserv as the market leader in digital channels and electronic payments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with significant experience in structuring and delivering account management plans
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with numerous products/services
- Sufficient management and supervisory experience to resolve difficult and sensitive problems and be accountable for all actions and decisions within the group
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to work outside of standard business hours as needed
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization (individuals with temporary visas, including F-1, H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, will not be considered)
Qualifications
- Experience in payments processing or the financial services industry and experience cultivating strategic partnerships
- Industry experience in merchant, credit/debit, issuing, ATM, or financial institution
- Experience managing large, complex enterprise clients
- MBA degree
Pay
Salary Range: $126,500.00–$197,800.00 (ranges apply to employees in Maryland; pay for other states may differ). Certain positions are commission-eligible.
