Voter Registration Coordinator
About the role
The Voter Registration Coordinator supports the Auditor’s Office in administering free, fair, and transparent elections. Key responsibilities include:
- All aspects of voter registration
- Election preparation and operation
- Training of election workers
- Operation of poll centers
- Voter outreach programs
Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or GED; and four years’ experience in progressively responsible position with an emphasis on election work and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements
This is a full time Grade 28 UFCW position. Pay range is $29.57 - $36.37 per hour, starting pay typically $29.57/hour, DOE. Full medical benefits, including dental and vision. Retirement provided through Washington State DRS. Paid Time Off (PTO), 12 paid holidays, and bereavement leave. Work Week: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch.
