Description

LoopRoots Foundation is seeking 3 highly motivated Volunteer Program Development Coordinators to assist in building and launching a new community-based stabilization and compliance support initiative serving justice-impacted individuals and families.

  • Support both:
  • - Individuals residing in transitional or emergency housing programs
  • - Community participants outside of our housing programs who require structured support and accountability services

The program will focus on:

  • Transportation coordination for compliance-related appointments
  • Workforce readiness support
  • Background screening coordination
  • Drug and alcohol monitoring coordination
  • Community stabilization services
  • Reentry support services
  • Appointment scheduling and partner coordination
  • Case management and participant support
  • Court/probation-related support coordination

This role is ideal for individuals interested in:

Volunteer Commitment

20–25 hours per week

Growth Opportunity

Selected volunteers will be considered for guaranteed paid employment opportunities within 90 days following the official launch of the program.

Qualifications Preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting underserved and justice-impacted communities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a growing nonprofit environment
  • Experience in case management, nonprofit work, behavioral health, transportation coordination, public safety, or workforce development is a plus but not required
