Volunteer Program Development Coordinators – Community Stabilization Initiative
Description
LoopRoots Foundation is seeking 3 highly motivated Volunteer Program Development Coordinators to assist in building and launching a new community-based stabilization and compliance support initiative serving justice-impacted individuals and families.
- Support both:
- - Individuals residing in transitional or emergency housing programs
- - Community participants outside of our housing programs who require structured support and accountability services
The program will focus on:
- Transportation coordination for compliance-related appointments
- Workforce readiness support
- Background screening coordination
- Drug and alcohol monitoring coordination
- Community stabilization services
- Reentry support services
- Appointment scheduling and partner coordination
- Case management and participant support
- Court/probation-related support coordination
This role is ideal for individuals interested in:

Volunteer Commitment
20–25 hours per week
Growth Opportunity
Selected volunteers will be considered for guaranteed paid employment opportunities within 90 days following the official launch of the program.
Qualifications Preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting underserved and justice-impacted communities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a growing nonprofit environment
- Experience in case management, nonprofit work, behavioral health, transportation coordination, public safety, or workforce development is a plus but not required
