We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Glide" then "Position Summary", "Essential Duties And Responsibilities", "Minimum Qualifications", "Physical Requirements", pay info, schedule, work environment. We must use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to map content. We have "About Glide" description: we can put under

About the role

maybe? Actually "About the role" is generic heading for role description. The posting includes "About Glide" (organization description) and "Position Summary". Could combine into About the role. Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities list. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications. Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we can separate: Requirements (minimum qualifications) and Qualifications (preferred?). The posting includes "Previous experience ... highly desired." and "Experience in a front-facing role ... required." So we can treat those as Qualifications. Skills: maybe list communication, interpersonal, organizational, MS Office, Salesforce, etc. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. No benefits details. So we should NOT include Benefits section. Pay: "$25 - $31 an hour". So include Pay section. Schedule: "This position is expected to be onsite Monday through Friday 9 AM – 5:30 PM and work at major events and holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. There will be occasional work needed on evenings, weekends, and early mornings." Also "This is a fulltime (40 hour/week), Non-Exempt position." So include Schedule. We also have Work Environment info; could be part of About the role or maybe separate but not required headings. We could incorporate into About the role paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, AI statement, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific tasks, etc. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities we need a list. For Requirements maybe list. For Qualifications maybe list. For Skills maybe list. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    About the role

GLIDE is a nationally recognized center for social justice, dedicated to fighting systemic injustices, creating pathways out of poverty and crisis, and transforming lives. Through its integrated comprehensive services, advocacy initiatives, and inclusive community, GLIDE empowers individuals, families, and children to achieve stability and to thrive. GLIDE is on the forefront of addressing some of society’s most pressing issues, including poverty, housing and homelessness, and racial and social justice. GLIDE’s mission is to create a radically inclusive, just, and loving community mobilized to alleviate suffering and break the cycles of poverty and marginalization. The Volunteer Program Coordinator will support GLIDE’s volunteer department, administer individual volunteer programs and strategic initiatives. This position will conduct volunteer outreach and recruitment, volunteer scheduling, support with volunteer recognition initiatives and events, and contribute to the design and implementation of new programs and initiatives. This individual will help the department increase the number of volunteers at GLIDE, increase volunteer retention and repeat volunteerism, and support Community Service volunteers to acquire new skills and access pathways to employment. This position is expected to be onsite Monday through Friday 9 AM – 5:30 PM and work at major events and holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. There will be occasional work needed on evenings, weekends, and early mornings. Work Environment: GLIDE’s buildings are located in the Tenderloin neighborhood. GLIDE maintains an "open door" policy to the community and its clients, who frequently enter and leave the building. This role is covered by the collective bargaining agreement.

    Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and steward volunteers arriving and departing for their shifts.
    • Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person orientations, as well as debriefs, for individuals and groups.
    • Conduct group presentations, administer workshops, and facilitate groups.
    • Liaise with internal departments to add new volunteer opportunities.
    • Support the recruitment, retention, and success of all volunteers at GLIDE across multiple programs.
    • Support with the design, development and administration of GLIDE’s group Service-Learning Programming; contribute to the creation of new materials, curriculum, workshop content, and marketing materials.
    • Develop relationships with referring partners such as schools, city government departments, community-based organizations, universities, and companies.
    • Support with the development and implementation of volunteer appreciation and recognition initiatives and/or events.
    • Conduct research on corporate giving programs and in-kind donation programs.
    • Participate in committees for special events, holiday activities, fundraisers, etc.
    • Attend off-site volunteer recruitment events, deliver off-site presentations, represent GLIDE at external meetings, and conduct outreach such as tabling at events.
    • Respond to incoming voicemail and email inquiries regarding volunteer opportunities.
    • Coordinate and process in-kind donations.
    • Use Salesforce and volunteer CRM to track volunteer hours and create reports, support data entry/collection, review data for accuracy, and track programmatic impact via KPI’s and impact reports.
    Then Requirements (minimum qualifications):

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience working in a non-profit, education, or social impact organization.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency using MS Office.
    • Ability to work on a computer and see details of objects at close range.
    • Ability to hear within normal range, and communicate effectively (in person, telephone or Zoom).
    • Finger dexterity and the ability to use all standard office equipment.
    • Sit or stand comfortably; and the ability to navigate throughout office spaces (via elevator or stairs).
But note physical requirements are separate; maybe we combine them under Requirements or separate? The instructions say we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical requirements could be part of Requirements. We also have "Previous experience working with volunteers such as volunteer coordination, recruitment, and scheduling highly desired." and "Experience in a front-facing role working with large groups, such as delivering presentations, facilitating workshops, planning/executing group events, etc. required." and "Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work productively with frequent interruptions. Works well under pressure, excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Demonstrated ability to work well with a diverse community, including volunteers who are unhoused or previously incarcerated, middle and high school students, families, and corporate employees." These could go under Qualifications or Skills. We need to decide: Qualifications section for preferred qualifications; Skills section for specific skills. Let's put Qualifications:

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience working with volunteers such as volunteer coordination, recruitment, and scheduling (highly desired).
    • Experience in a front-facing role working with large groups, such as delivering presentations, facilitating workshops, planning/executing group events (required).
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work productively with frequent interruptions.
    • Works well under pressure.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task.
    • Demonstrated ability to work well with a diverse community, including volunteers who are unhoused or previously incarcerated, middle and high school students, families, and corporate employees.
    Skills:

    Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Proficiency using MS Office.
    • Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
    • Ability to use volunteer CRM to track hours, create reports, support data entry/collection, review data for accuracy.
But note we already listed MS Office in Requirements; could duplicate but okay. Might be better to avoid duplication: maybe Requirements includes only experience and physical; Skills includes communication, MS Office, CRM, interpersonal, organizational, etc. However we already have interpersonal etc in Qualifications. Might be okay. Pay:

    Pay

    $25 - $31 an hour

    Schedule:

    Schedule

This is a full‑time (40 hour/week), Non‑Exempt position. Expected onsite Monday through Friday 9 AM – 5:30 PM, with work required at major events and holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Occasional work may be needed on evenings, weekends, and early mornings.

We must not include Benefits section because no specifics. We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like AI statement, EEO, etc. We removed those. Check that we preserved all substantive information: About Glide description, position summary, duties list, minimum qualifications, physical requirements, preferred qualifications, interpersonal, organizational, diverse community, MS Office, CRM/Salesforce, pay, schedule, work environment. We included work environment in About the role paragraph. We omitted "Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." That's a substantive detail about accommodations; should we include? It's part of Physical Requirements. We could add a line in Requirements: "Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." Let's add. Also we omitted "This role is covered by the collective bargaining agreement." Already in About the role. We omitted "We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools..." that's boilerplate to remove. We omitted "If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us." boilerplate. We omitted "Position Summary" heading but we integrated into About the role. Check for any missing: "Support with the design, development and administration of GLIDE’s group Service-Learning Programming; contribute to the creation of new materials, curriculum, workshop content, and marketing materials." included. "Develop relationships with referring partners such as schools, city government departments, community-based organizations, universities, and companies." included. "Support with the development and implementation of volunteer appreciation and recognition initiatives and/or events." included. "Conduct research on corporate giving programs and in-kind donation programs." included. "Participate in committees for special events, holiday activities, fundraisers, etc." included. "Attend off-site volunteer recruitment events, deliver off-site presentations, represent GLIDE at external meetings, and conduct outreach such as tabling at events." included. "Respond to incoming voicemail and email inquiries regarding volunteer opportunities." included. "Coordinate and process in-kind donations." included. "Use Salesforce and volunteer CRM to track volunteer hours and create reports, support data entry/collection, review data for accuracy, and track programmatic impact via KPI’s and impact reports." included. Physical requirements: we included ability to work on computer, see details, hear, finger dexterity, sit/stand, navigate office spaces. Also we added reasonable accommodations line. We also included "Ability to work on a computer and see details of objects at close range." etc. We didn't include "Ability to hear within normal range, and communicate effectively (in person, telephone or Zoom )." included. We didn't include "Finger dexterity and the ability to use all standard office equipment." included. We didn't include "Sit or stand comfortably; and the ability to navigate throughout office spaces (via elevator or stairs)." included. We didn't include "Reasonable accommodations can be made to
