About the role
The Volunteer Program Coordinator will support the development and coordination of the LoopTalk program. This role is well suited for someone with experience or interest in family support services, reentry support, social services, or nonprofit program operations.
Responsibilities
- Support coordination of LoopTalk pre-visit and post-visit support services
- Aid in onboarding and scheduling families for support sessions
- Maintain program structure, workflows, and documentation
- Cookordination with facilitators, volunteers, or licensed providers as applicable
- Support tracking of participation, outcomes, and program feedback
- Aid in developing program materials and family-facing resources
- Ensure confidentiality and trauma-informed practices are upheld
Qualifications
- Background or strong interest in family support, reentry services, social work, or nonprofit programs
- Experience with program coordination, peer support, or case management a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and empathy skills
- Ability to work with sensitive and emotionally complex situations
- Trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and reliable
- Comfortable working remotely and using scheduling or tracking tools
