About the role
The Volunteer Program Coordinator will support the development, coordination, and day-to-day operations of the LoopConnect transportation wallet program. This role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit program operations, social impact technology, or equitable transportation access.
Responsibilities
- Assist with coordination and administration of the LoopConnect program
- Support onboarding and tracking of families receiving wallet credits
- Help monitor wallet usage and basic program compliance
- Cook with internal teams supporting the Rideshare app
- Aid in documenting workflows, policies, and program guidelines
- Support data tracking and outcome reporting (credits issued, usage, impact)
- Help prepare materials for funders and community partners
Qualifications
- Interest in nonprofit programs, transportation equity, or social services
- Experience with program coordination, operations, or case management a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive participant information
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and mission-driven
