Volunteer: Newsletter Subscriber Insight Survey

About the role

Work with a volunteer to design and test a short survey for newsletter subscribers to learn which information they value most and collect basic demographic data useful for sponsorship outreach.

Responsibilities

• Deliverables include the survey questionnaire, a newsletter distribution plan, a simple data collection template, and guidance on initial analysis.
• Help the Cultural Alliance gather data to better target marketing and sponsorship efforts.
• Support capacity building for local cultural organizations.
• Advocate for local cultural organizations by demonstrating audience demographics and interests.
• Increase the Alliance's ability to attract sponsors and serve artists and creative businesses more effectively.

Details such as audience size, platform access, and timeline will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Qualifications

Our team will be available for regular check-ins, share background context, and commit to using the volunteer's templates and recommendations to support sponsorship outreach and follow-up.
