Responsibilities
- Provide approximately six coaching sessions focused on nonprofit executive leadership.
- Help define professional goals and actionable next steps for leading the board effectively.
- Assist in strategizing fundraising efforts to secure sustainable funding for the organization.
- Support the founder in refining organizational direction and growth plans.
