Volunteer Grant and Proposal Writer to Increase Womens' Independence and Productive Capacity with HOPE BUILDERS INTERNATIONAL CONSULT
About the Affiliated Organization
Vision: To empower individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential through innovative capacity‑building solutions.
Mission: We deliver transformative training and development programs that foster growth, inspire excellence, and create a positive impact on society. We bridge the gap between theory and practice, producing job creators rather than job seekers, and preparing young people for the global economy.
Project Overview
HER FORWARD KADUNA aims to remove care barriers for young and nursing mothers in Kaduna State by providing integrated economic empowerment pathways that combine safe childcare, market‑relevant skills training, entrepreneurship support, financial capability, mentorship, psychosocial and protection referrals, and employment transition assistance. Over three years, approximately 450 women will participate, with outcomes measured by training completion, competency acquisition, employment or self‑employment, income growth, enterprise viability, control over resources, and reduced economic vulnerability.
The initiative will also generate evidence on the cost‑effectiveness of integrating childcare into skills and livelihood programmes, creating a replicable model for NGOs, vocational institutions, employers, and government programmes across Nigeria.
