Volunteer: Google Ad Grants Campaign Setup for Mentorship Recruitment

About the role

Taproot Foundation is seeking a volunteer to manage its $10,000 per month Google Ad Grant account. The work will support Katellis Society United’s mission to recruit mentors and community partners across five generational tiers.

Responsibilities

• Audit and configure the existing Google Ad Grants account, ensuring compliance with grant policies.
• Set up conversion tracking and compliance settings.
• Build targeted search campaigns and keyword groups for each mentor tier (e.g., Elder Counsel 65+, Young Adult Mentors 18–27, Core Youth 8–18).
• Draft high‑converting ad copy that aligns with the tagline “Live the Legacy. Lift the Next.”

Requirements

• Experience with Google Ad Grants compliance.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and keyword research.
• Ability to implement conversion tracking.
