About Sync With God

Sync with God is a Christian discipleship ministry dedicated to helping people develop a daily, interactive relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, listening, and obedience. Through mentoring, coaching, online resources, and leadership development, we help individuals and ministry leaders grow spiritually and help others do the same.

We are seeking a mission-minded volunteer to help expand our impact by supporting crowdfunding and online fundraising initiatives.

About the Role

The Crowdfunding Campaign Coordinator will help establish, manage, and monitor online fundraising campaigns that support the mission and growth of Sync with God. This volunteer will work alongside ministry leaders to create compelling donor communications, track campaign performance, and help build relationships with supporters. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, comfortable with technology, and passionate about helping ministries secure the resources needed to make a greater impact.

Responsibilities

• Crowdfunding Campaign Management
  • Research and recommend appropriate crowdfunding platforms.
  • Assist in setting up and launching online fundraising campaigns.
  • Create and update campaign pages with compelling stories, images, and ministry impact information.
  • Monitor campaign activity and fundraising progress.
  • Track key metrics and provide regular updates to ministry leadership.
• Donor Communications
  • Help create fundraising emails, campaign updates, and donor communications.
  • Learn to use GetResponse to communicate with supporters and potential donors.
  • Develop engaging content that highlights ministry impact and funding needs.
  • Assist in thanking donors and recognizing supporter contributions.
• Marketing & Promotion
  • Collaborate with ministry leaders to promote fundraising campaigns through email, social media, and ministry networks.
  • Help identify opportunities to expand campaign visibility.
  • Assist in creating graphics or supporting promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain records of campaign performance and donor engagement.
  • Track fundraising goals and progress.
  • Help organize campaign materials and communication resources.
  • Provide administrative support related to fundraising activities.

Qualifications

• Required
  • Passion for Christian discipleship and the mission of Sync with God.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and project management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to learn crowdfunding tools and fundraising best practices.
  • Willingness to learn and use GetResponse for donor and supporter communications.
• Preferred
  • Experience with fundraising, donor relations, marketing, communications, or nonprofits.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools.
  • Knowledge of crowdfunding platforms such as GiveSendGo, GoFundMe, FundRazr, Kickstarter, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing is helpful but not required.

Schedule

5–10 hours per week (remote, volunteer position).
