Volunteer Childcare Assistant

About the role

The role involves providing childcare services to children aged 6 months to 12 years old. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children and a passion for child development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
• Supervise children during playtime and group activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under their care
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in childcare or related field
• Valid CPR and first aid certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
