Childcare Assistant

About the Role

Part-time childcare assistant position in a small Montessori program for toddlers in North Chelmsford, MA. The role involves working Monday through Wednesday afternoons during the 2026-27 school year, from 12:15-3:45 p.m. (10.5 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Assist children with lunch clean-up
• Supervise nap time, snack, and outdoor play

Requirements

• Must be willing to obtain EEC Assistant certification (includes watching a few hours of training videos, allowing a criminal background check, and attending a First Aid and CPR course paid for by the program)
