Volunteer Athletic Coach

About the role

Volunteer interscholastic coaches are needed to support athletic programs at Earle School District. The district seeks dedicated individuals to assist in coaching various sports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and running practice sessions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to student athletes
• Attend games and events to support student-athletes
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• Must have a passion for coaching and athletics
• Experience in the sport(s) being coached is preferred but not required
• Ability to commit to a minimum of one season
• Pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
