Volunteer: Annual Impact Report

About the role

We are seeking a volunteer to create a professional-looking, digital-format annual impact report for the Taproot Foundation. The report will communicate the foundation's impact to donors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a brainstorm session to discuss key metrics and information to highlight in the report.
• Provide a preliminary design for the report during a second session.
• Receive feedback from Taproot Foundation on the preliminary design.
• Collaborate with Taproot Foundation to finalize the report, including providing a working format and a digital format for sharing with stakeholders.
• The report should not exceed 12 pages.

Requirements

• Experience designing brochures or reports.
• Portfolio of design examples to showcase.
• Willingness to dedicate 15-30 hours over four to five weeks.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Taproot Foundation's mission and goals.
• Knowledge of Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County's mission and visual branding guidelines.
• Ability to gather and present compelling data and stories for the report.
• Access to images relevant to the report.

Skills

• Design skills for brochures and reports.
• Communication skills to collaborate effectively with Taproot Foundation.
• Time management to meet the project timeline.
