Volunteer: Graphic Design: Annual Impact Report
About the Opportunity
We're looking for a volunteer to create a professional-looking, digital-format annual impact report that communicates our impact to donors and stakeholders. The engagement will occur in four phases over four weeks:
- Brainstorm session to discuss key metrics and information to highlight.
- Preview of the preliminary design with feedback provided.
- One or more additional feedback sessions as needed.
- Final deliverable in a working format (editable for future use) and a digital format for easy sharing with stakeholders.
The report will be no longer than 15 pages. All text copy will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Design a visually compelling and easy-to-read annual impact report.
- Incorporate provided text, data, stories, and images into the report.
- Adhere to our logo and visual branding guidelines.
- Deliver the final report in both an editable working format and a shareable digital format.
Requirements
- Experience designing brochures or reports.
- Portfolio of design examples to share.
- Ability to commit 15-20 hours over four weeks.

Girl Plus Environment is a national organization dedicated to engaging Black and Brown women+ in climate and environmental justice. Our annual impact report is a visual record of the communities we’ve served, the policies we’ve influenced, and the voices we’ve elevated. By lending your graphic design skills, you’ll help us transform our accomplishments into a report that inspires action. Your work will directly support our ability to attract new partners, secure funding, and energize our community, ultimately amplifying the leadership of Black and Brown women+ in the fight for a just and sustainable future.
