You'll design graphics for social media, our website, email campaigns, and printed materials — helping us communicate our mission clearly and consistently across every touchpoint. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their portfolio, gain nonprofit design experience, or give back using their existing creative skills.
Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media posts, stories, and campaigns
- Create visual assets for newsletters, email campaigns, and the website
- Design flyers, brochures, one-pagers, and other print materials as needed
- Help maintain and evolve our brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo usage)
- Collaborate with the social media, marketing, and content teams on visual needs
- Adapt existing templates for different campaigns and platforms
- Ensure all designs are on-brand, accessible, and audience-appropriate
Who You Are
- Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
- A strong portfolio or samples of past design work
- Good eye for typography, color, and layout
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Comfortable taking feedback and iterating on designs
- Passionate about [cause area] and nonprofit work
- Prior nonprofit or brand design experience is a plus, but not required
What You'll Gain
- Real-world experience designing for a nonprofit brand
- Portfolio-ready work across social, digital, and print
- Flexible, remote schedule
- A letter of recommendation or reference upon request
- The chance to make a direct impact on our mission
