About the role

As a volunteer Advocacy Leader, you build and lead the effort in your own community to help stop the authoritarian takeover and restore the rule of law, starting with the proposed Restore the Constitution Act.

Responsibilities

  • Draw on your own networks and relationships to organize in your community.
  • Work with our guidance and support to implement strategies that move things where you live.
  • Engage with other volunteers in a small group taking on similar roles in different states, sharing experiences and supporting each other.

Requirements

  • Ready to organize in your own community as a New York resident.
  • No prior experience required, but strong initiative and drive are essential.

Qualifications

  • Open to people of all backgrounds and identities.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills.
