About the role
As a volunteer Advocacy Leader, you build and lead the effort in your own community to help stop the authoritarian takeover and restore the rule of law nationwide, starting with the proposed Restore the Constitution Act.
Responsibilities
- Draw on your own networks and relationships to organize in your community
- Work with guidance and support from Democratism to achieve your goals
- Engage with local officials and community members to promote constitutional governance and fair elections
- Collaborate with a small group of volunteers across different states, sharing experiences and supporting each other
Requirements
- Drive and commitment to restoring constitutional governance and fair elections
- Willingness to work remotely and at your own pace
- Openness to learning and adapting strategies based on your community's needs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Strong initiative and leadership skills
- Ability to connect with diverse communities and stakeholders
