Volumetric Mixer Operator

About the role

The Volumetric Mixer Operator position at Zenith Tech, part of the Walbec Group, is available in Southeast Wisconsin. This role is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $250 paid two weeks after hire, and another $250 after 13 weeks of work.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Foreman, the Volumetric Mixer Operator is responsible for operating a Mobile Concrete Mixer mounted on a truck. This equipment produces measured amounts of fresh material when and where it is needed. The operator will be involved in both road and bridge construction projects.

Requirements

- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record. - A Class A CDL is required to operate the equipment. - High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. - Punctuality and dependability are essential. - Ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, as needed. - Tolerance for variable weather conditions and dirty/dusty environments. - Member of a Local Operators Union, or willing to become one.
