Voice instructor needed in Reading, PA

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Voice. We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio location in the Reading, PA area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP!

Responsibilities

• Teach voice lessons in students' homes, your home, or your studio/rehearsal space.
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• Communicate regularly with the office.
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons.

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching.
• Must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling to accommodate students in the Reading, PA area.
• Wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when applicable.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to teach in various settings (in-person, at home, via webcam).

Benefits

• Pay on an independent contractor basis between $20-$30 per hour, depending on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate.
• Light workload with minimal advertising, marketing, and SEO work handled by the company.
